Wire tray is a metal or plastic structure used to accommodate and protect wires, commonly used in construction and electrical engineering. The following are the basic steps for making wire trays:

1. Determine the size and shape of the bridge frame. Choose the appropriate size and shape of the cable tray based on the number and layout of wires to be installed, such as width, height, bending radius, etc.

2. Choose appropriate materials. Wire trays are usually made of metal or plastic. Metal cable trays have strong load-bearing capacity and durability, but are relatively expensive; Plastic cable trays are relatively inexpensive, but have weaker load-bearing capacity.

3. Prepare tools and materials. Making wire trays requires tools such as pliers, shearing machines, cutters, tape measures, pencils, etc. Additional accessories such as screws, nuts, and connecting plates are required.

4. Make the bridge frame. According to the selected material and size, use tools such as cutters and shearing machines to make the frame of the bridge. Join the frames together and secure them with screws and nuts.

5. Install connectors. Install connectors at the corners and ends of the bridge so that wires can be easily connected together. The connectors can use standard accessories or be processed and made by oneself.

6. Inspection and calibration. After completion of production, inspect and calibrate the wire tray. Ensure that the size, shape, and installation position of the bridge meet the requirements, and ensure that the connectors are firm and reliable.

When making wire trays, the following points should be noted:

The selected materials should comply with relevant national standards and have quality certification.

During the production process, safety should be taken into account to avoid injury.

3. The installation position should be flat and stable, avoiding unevenness, tilting, and other situations.

During installation, reasonable arrangements should be made based on the number and layout of wires to ensure that they can be easily connected together.

After installation, inspection and calibration should be carried out to ensure compliance with requirements before use.
