2. Install the brackets and hangers to ensure that they are horizontal and vertical. If you need to install them with a slope, keep the same slope as the building. The specifications of the brackets of the cable tray factory should be larger than 30×3mm flat steel and 25×25×3mm angle steel. Cable tray manufacturers are prohibited from using electric welded steel structures or light steel keels, and are prohibited from using wood or brick fixed brackets. Universal appliances can use a set of products, each with a separate card or support system. The spacing of the fixed fulcrums is within the range of 1.5-2 meters, and both ends should be located at junction boxes, cabinets, boxes, corners, turns and deformation joints, and each has a fixed support point.

3. When installing the cable tray, the cable tray factory will raise the cable tray to the predetermined position, fix the cable tray and bracket with bolts, check the size by itself, so that the cable tray and the building slope are consistent, and for the curved building wall, the curvature of the cable tray should be consistent with the building. The cable tray manufacturer connects the cable tray with a connecting plate and fixes the semicircular bolts, and the semicircular head is located inside the cable tray. For steel cable tray segments exceeding 30 meters, it is necessary to deal with the impact of the deformation of the entire building according to the expansion joint situation.
