There are five common ways to fix cable tray cover plates: pressure plate fixing, screw fastening, buckle fixing, padlock fixing, and seven character buckle fixing.
Below are five commonly used methods for fixing cable tray cover plates. The main contents are as follows:
1. The method of fixing the pressure plate is to drill holes on the cable tray cover plate, press the pressure plate onto the cover plate, and fix the cover plate and tray together by drilling holes with screws.
Whether the bridge is installed horizontally or vertically, the pressure plate is fixed.
2. Screw fastening method: Drill holes on the cable tray cover plate, and fix the cover plate and tray together with the rotating plate of the screw buckle.
The screw fastening method is suitable for horizontal or vertical installation of cable trays.
3. The cable tray cover plate does not require drilling, and the cover plate and tray are fixed together by bending the two ends of the buckle plate, with limited fixing strength.
The buckle fixing method is only suitable for horizontal installation of cable trays, and vertical installation of cable trays can easily cause the cover plate to slip off the tray.
4. The cable tray cover plate is welded with padlock hooks, and the tray tray is welded with padlock bodies. The cover plate and tray are fixed together by the padlock swivel ring. The padlock fixing method is very sturdy, suitable for horizontal or vertical installation of cable trays, and also suitable for outdoor windy environments.
5. The fixing method of the seven character buckle is to drill holes on the cable tray for fixation. The lower end of the seven character buckle is punched, and the upper end of the seven character buckle is fixed to the cover plate by tightening screws, thus fixing the cover plate and the tray together. The fixing method of the seven character buckle is also very firm, and the fixing position is very flexible, unlike the rigid fixing position of the padlock.
